Spinal Decompression.

Relief for disc and nerve pressure. Gentle, controlled traction that creates space in the spine so irritated nerves can settle.

What spinal decompression does

When a disc bulges or a nerve gets pinched, the pressure can send pain down your arm or leg. Spinal decompression uses gentle, controlled traction to create space between the vertebrae, which takes pressure off the disc and the nerve and gives the area room to heal.

The treatment is slow and comfortable. You lie down, we secure you on the table, and the system applies a precise, gradual stretch. Many people find it relaxing, and it is often an option worth trying before considering injections or surgery.

Who it may help

  • Sciatica and radiating leg pain
  • Bulging or herniated discs
  • Pinched nerves in the neck or lower back
  • Chronic low back pain that has not eased with other care

An honest note

Decompression is not right for every case, and we will tell you plainly if it is not a fit for you. When it is appropriate, we combine it with adjustments, laser, and rehab so the whole area recovers, not just the symptom.
